Who We Are
Jupiter Auto Parts operates from South Western Avenue in Torrance, supplying used and remanufactured OEM engines and transmissions to collision centers, independent garages, and DIY rebuilders who need the right unit — not a surprise on the loading dock.
We keep the process simple: verify mileage, assign a condition grade, document what we can, and stand behind the sale with real warranty support and people who know interchange numbers.

Quality Control
We do not list blind units. Engines and transmissions go through hands-on evaluation — operational checks, fluid review, and condition scoring — so what you see online reflects what arrives on the pallet.
When something does not meet our standard, it does not ship. That is the bar we hold for every shop order and every driveway delivery.
Buyer Feedback
Feedback from shops and vehicle owners who ordered used and remanufactured powertrains from Jupiter Auto Parts — delivery, fitment support, and post-install results.
Bought from us?
Ordered a Powerstroke for our shop fleet. Pallet showed up well packaged and the paperwork matched what was listed online. Installed clean — no hidden issues.

Support
Everything you need to know about ordering a used or remanufactured engine or transmission from Jupiter Auto Parts — shipping, grading, warranties, fitment, and pricing.
Yes. Jupiter Auto Parts ships pallet freight from Torrance to all 50 states. Shop and garage delivery is free. Residential addresses pay a flat $250 rate that includes liftgate service.
Grade A units typically have lower mileage and stronger test results for the application. Grade B units are fully functional with higher miles or light wear. Grade C is used sparingly — the grade is always shown on the listing before you order.
Use the Get Quote button on any listing to submit your offer. We review fitment and unit condition, then reply within one business day with options.
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment. Freight transit adds 3–7 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking once the carrier picks up your pallet.
Yes — every engine and transmission includes our 2-Year Limited Warranty at no add-on fee. Coverage is time-based for 2 years from delivery — there is no mileage warranty. Visit the Warranty page for covered parts and how to file a claim.
Search by year, make, and model, then send your VIN to support@jupiterautoparts.com or call (800) 241-8053. We verify engine codes, transmission type, and accessory requirements before you pay.
Listed engines receive compression testing, oil review, and operational checks when possible. Mileage is documented and a condition grade is assigned before the unit is available to order.
Yes — our catalog includes automatic, manual, and CVT assemblies for domestic and import vehicles. Automatic units include the torque converter unless the listing says otherwise.
Contact us within 48 hours at support@jupiterautoparts.com. We handle fitment disputes, freight damage, and warranty claims directly — and work with your installer to resolve the issue.
