Terms of Service — Disclaimer

Some components included with our used parts (such as engines, transmissions, and similar assemblies) are considered wear items or accessories and are not guaranteed as part of the sale. These items may include, but are not limited to: nuts, bolts, seals, bushings, hoses, wiring, brackets, sensors, plugs, external accessories, mounts, gaskets, filters, and other related service parts.

We highly recommend replacing all wear-and-maintenance items prior to installation to ensure proper performance and warranty compliance.

In cases where replacement accessories are non-removable or integral to the component (such as pressed-in ball joints), those items are covered under our warranty, provided they are not classified as standard wear-and-maintenance items.

We do not guarantee the cosmetic condition or color of any part, as variations can occur due to age, exposure, or manufacturer differences. Body panels, interior components, and exterior assemblies may require repainting, refinishing, restoration, or reupholsteryto match your vehicle's condition and color.

Products & Inventory

We sell used and remanufactured OEM engines and transmissions. Listings show available condition grade, mileage, and inspection details where provided. Used components may show normal wear. Inventory changes frequently; if a unit sells before your order is confirmed, we will offer a substitute or refund.

Orders & Pricing

Quoted prices are valid until checkout is completed. You agree to supply accurate contact, vehicle, shipping, and payment information when ordering.

Shipping & Inspection

Orders ship by pallet freight within the United States from our Torrance, CA facility. Shipping cost and estimated transit times appear at checkout or on your invoice. Inspect your shipment on arrival and report visible freight damage promptly. See our Shipping Policy for commercial and residential delivery details.

Warranty

Every qualifying unit includes our 2-year limited warranty. Refer to our Warranty page for covered components, exclusions, and claim procedures.

Installation & Liability

Used or remanufactured powertrain installation should be performed by a qualified technician. Except where covered under our warranty, Jupiter Auto Parts is not liable for installation labor, downtime, towing, rental vehicles, or other incidental or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may revise this page at any time; continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
